An inspiring development in 2017 was the further strengthening of existing partnerships and the development of new ones. The first colloquium for academic staff of Hugenote Kollege and the EvangelischeHochschuleRheinland-Westfalen-Lippe (EvH) in Bochum, Germany was held in Wellington in November 2017. Two staff members of Hugenote Kollege also visited the EvH as guest lecturers during 2017. The College became a member of NetACT (Network for African Congregational Theology) in 2017. This network comprises schools, colleges and faculties of theology in Africa and has very exiting projects. Apart from research and writing projects it is also developing an internet portal for research, learning and teaching.
